Wildflower Cottages has four small guests houses: the Historic Webster House, Hummingbird Cottage, Wildflower Cottage and Mrs. Mims' House. The four historic cottages vary in number of rooms (from one to three), but all have a fully-equipped kitchen, are fully furnished and are non-smoking. Coffee and linens are provided.

The Crow's Nest Ranch is located in a remote area, 18 mi (29 km) west of Ft. Davis. There are three cabins, 14 RV sites and numerous tent sites for visitors. Each cabin has two beds and sitting and dining areas, a deck, a kitchen and a full bathroom. Activities include hiking, sightseeing and wildlife watching. Showers and toilets are available for guests to use. Coin laundry is on site.

Sproul Ranch The Sproul Ranch is a Texas Heritage Ranch north of Fort Davis. It has three guest houses: La Cabana Escondida (sleeps four), Mary's Post Office (open April-September, sleeps two) and the Ranch House (sleeps up to six). All the rooms are non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Activities at the ranch include hiking, birdwatching and star gazing.
